GODHEAD - An adventure module for Knave 2e

High in the mountains on the outskirts of the small village of Rontoc, the corpse of an outsider is found rotting near a local farm, it’s features horribly distorted beyond recognition. It’s scaled hands clutching the head of a strange golden statue. The villagers fear to go near it, for they suspect it was stolen from the ancient temple ruins that overlook their quiet home. Old stories tell of strange powers and unspeakable rites that took place in that temple long ago, and of the disfigured people that once worshipped there. If a thief has desecrated the slumber of that old place, then evil and misfortune will spill forth upon them from the mountain above... unless someone can make it right, and return what was taken.
